Travel Piute Pass Trail as it ascends form North Lake over Paiute Pass at 11,423 ft. and drops into the vast beauty of Humphreys Basin. One of five main historical trails used by Paiute indians for trade with coastal tribes. This area of grand vistas and twenty alpine lakes offer Golden Trout as well as Eastern Brook fishing.
Sabrina Basin
The trail departs from Lake Sabrina, two miles below North lake and takes you to breathtaking elevations of 10,400 to 11,850 feet where twenty sparkling blue lakes await both the angler and hiker.
John Muir Trail
Travel a fifty mile section of the historic 220 mile John muir trail. The trip is filled with memorable splendors as it winds through Evolution Valley in Kings Canyon National Park between North and South Lakes. You have to experience this one at least once.
Horton Lakes
Early opening area with good fishing and a sweeping view of the Owens Valley. An easy picturesque ride from Buttermilk Hills area into the John Muir Wilderness.
Lamarck Lakes
