Muir Trail / Evolution Valley Loop
A seven day trip with four camps along the historic John Muir Trail over three High Sierra passes. Trip may be made hiking or riding. You provide your own gear and food.
Humphreys Basin / French Canyon
A five day loop trip with two camps in the John Muir Wilderness of Humphreys Basin and French Canyon. You supply your own personal gear and food.
Horton Lake
Early season access makes this a perfect trip for those itching to get into the high country after a long winter. Beautiful, easy to reach and good fishing.
Historical Cardinal Gold Mine & Village
Located at 8,500-ft. elevation among aspens, mountain streams and the rugged and inspiring Sierra mountains. Ride to Cardinal Gold Mine on horseback and share stories of fortune and gold and the lives of the men and women who helped shape history. Afterwards, stroll through Cardinal Mining Village, visit the gift shop and dine in the café.
Ride along with us on historic horse and mule trails as we move our stock to high pastures for the summer and back to the Owens Valley in the fall. This event is one that our family really looks forward to—it's our celebration of the season!
